Also Google, Walmart/Vudu, and iTunes

SlickDeals thread: X-Men (Digital Download) Free (Google ChromeCast Required)
Q: Anyway to add X-Men to my Vudu / UV account?
A: Unfortunately Marvel made a deal with Fox before Disney brought them for the X-Men franchise. This means they're not in Disney Movies Anywhere which does allow syncing between Google, Walmart/Vudu, and iTunes.

Young Togrutas' montrals and posterior head-tail did not fully grow until adolescence, when their montrals become curved and their third head-tail grew to the length of their two main head-tails.[7]

      • review: Good construction... two BIG flaws.
        • By Home Brew on July 24, 2014
        • Color Name: White Verified Purchase
        • The construction and quality of the parts on this dehydrator are excellent. I think it is probably sturdy enough to last for several years and hundreds of uses. However, it does have two very big flaws... no timer and no ability to set the dehydrating temperature. After researching several websites on proper dehydrating techniques, I have discovered that temperature is very important. If set too high, the dehydrator could ruin some of your foods. This dehydrator has only one temperature. And since it does not have a timer to turn the apparatus off, you will have to monitor the dehydrator yourself.
        • I returned the one I purchased to Amazon after discovering this flaw and am upgrading to Presto model 06301 ($58)... it has both a timer and a thermostat ranging from 90F to 160F. The cost of 06301 is $23.00 more but well worth the extra dollars spent.
        • If money is a factor, your personal time (to monitor the dehydrator) does not matter, and making jerky is your only interest, then this might work for you. However, if you want to dry beer hops cones and other herbs as I do, you need something with a temperature setting around 95F.

        • I'm happy with this machine. Already I've dried almonds after blanching, salmon, beef and buffalo jerky. The temp runs around 140 f. There are no settings to fuss with, not even an On switch, you just plug it in.

Supplements to Repair Torn Muscle
http://www.livestrong.com/article/427953-supplements-to-repair-torn-muscle/
There are numerous nutritional supplements that may be appropriate in repairing your torn muscles. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, both herbal and non-herbal nutritional supplements have historically been used in treating muscle tears, including glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, bromelain, vitamin C, zinc, white willow bark, turmeric, and horse chestnut.
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, may be one of the most helpful supplements in treating your torn muscle.

Sprains and strains
https://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/condition/sprains-and-strains
Vitamin C (250 - 500 mg two times a day) and beta-carotene (50,000 IU per day for 5 days)
Bromelain (250 mg twice a day) -- This enzyme that comes from pineapple reduces inflammation and helps reduce swelling.
Zinc (15 - 30 mg per day)
Glucosamine and chondroitin
glucosamine, 1,500 per day; chondroitin, 800 - 1,200 mg per day, divided in two to four doses. They are often combined in one supplement.
